California Moving Forward on Magazine Ban Regs

The California Department of Justice on Dec. 15 issued a Notice of Proposed Emergency Action as the result of the passage of Proposition 62 by voters in November. The department is seeking to move forward with fast adoption of regulations to carry out a ban on possession of magazines of more than 10-round capacity.

More Americans Bought Guns than Saw Anti-Gun Film

After two weeks in the theaters, the box office receipts for the movie “Miss Sloan” clearly demonstrate that Hollywood is out of touch with the American people. In fact, fewer Americans saw Miss Sloan than purchased firearms on Black Friday. The movie, made in cooperation with the Brady Campaign, has been widely panned by critics for being unrealistic.
